I have already reviewed in the past but need to again because of my recent experience. My cat has been sick and in and out of the ER all last week. Modern Love was accommodating, reassuring, empathetic, and so helpful. Our cat still isn't doing great but is doing much better. He would not be in the state he is without their support. I just honestly can’t sing their praises enough. I am so thankful they are our vet, and its the best experience I have had at any vet.

Everyone, including the person at the front desk, assistant, and the vet, were kind and helpful when I brought my kitten in. I had a lot of questions, which they answered thoroughly, and they didn't rush anything even though our appointment was at 5 and it went past their hours (they close at 6). Prices for exam, vaccines, and medication were reasonable. Would especially recommend for pet owners needing health certificates for travel

Dr. Michelle Donald was wonderful and caring. She did not stress my cats out by forcing an exam on them. She did it at their own pace which fits with their fear free mantra. Her technicians, Lindsey and Sarah, were great, very friendly and helpful. I can tell they will take excellent care of my pets since they ccareso much. The clinic was very clean and well organized with up to date laboratory and surgical equipment. I will be driving from St Paul to go to this clinic.

Last month my regular vet didn't have any open appointments -- Modern Love was close by and was able to get her in that day! I thought my dog had ring worm and wanted her seen as soon as possible. Turns out my dog was just reacting to chigger bites from our lawn. Modern Love is the most positive, friendly vet clinic I have ever been to! The staff LOVES my dog. The vet and tech sat on the floor with her to pet her and give her treats while they diagnosed her. It was a fantastic experience and this is now my dog's primary clinic! I've since gone back for an inflamed tick bite. The vet took a conservative and effective approach which I really appreciated!!

Found Modern Love when looking for a vet for my 10 year old cat, and highly recommend them! My cat is 15 now, and living his best life through the attention and care Modern Love has provided through the years.

We have been taking our dog, Cooper, here ever since we got him. The staff is very friendly. They are attentive to all of my questions and concerns. They also are easily reachable my email too. The doctors are great and highly knowledgeable. They are wonderful at explaining everything.

Dr. Michelle and her team at Modern Love Veterinary are absolutely outstanding. She is incredibly compassionate, truly cares about her patients, and always takes the time to make sure our dog is comfortable and well cared for. We really appreciate how transparent she is when discussing treatment options, everything is explained clearly, and we always feel confident in the plan. The results have been fantastic, and it’s clear she is very knowledgeable in her field. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary team!

I have been taking my little dude Seeni here ever since I got him so for about 4 yrs now! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I recently had to take him in for an emergency visit due to heat exhaustion and a touch of asthma. They were able to get me in 1 hour after I called! Being a first time pet owner they have given me so much reassurance and guidance throughout the years! Definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable taking my little dude anywhere else!

We just had our first visit to Modern Love Veterinary and Dr. Michelle Donald. While the reviews that led us here were mostly glowing, there were a couple that said their experience was rushed or impersonal. That could not have been further from our experience. Dr. Donald had reviewed all of Mabel's history, performed a comprehensive exam, and discussed her condition (Mabel had pneumonia - she's okay now). She was thorough and straightforward, didn't talk down to us, and made sure we understood everything. That's what you would expect from a good vet. What we didn't expect was that she took time to get to know us as pet parents. She was warm and friendly throughout, and spent probably double the amount of time we would have expected. This is the best vet experience I think we've ever had.
